Trauma release

Somatic TVMâ„¢ Therapy

Somatic Microdosing Therapy

Transform stress

to deep rest

With somatic trauma release therapy, there is no need to go into memories of what happened or spend hours in talking therapy to resolve addiction, pain, and trauma. By working directly with the body, you can release trauma safely, effectively, and very rapidly. Significant releases and results are already felt after the 1st session!

In addition, Somatic Therapy really helps to prepare for big psychedelic experiences. It also does wonders for psychedelic integration.

These sessions can only be booked as part of a retreat.

During Sessions we will:

  • Identify your personal and generational trauma

  • Discover where these traumas are stored in your body

  • Release oxytocin naturally in your body

  • Work various pressure points and techniques for trauma release

  • Apply Gestalt Therapy, Chinese Medicine and Chi Nei Tsang

  • Complete unresolved trauma cycles

Somatic TVMâ„¢ Therapy

  • The Triple Vagal Method® (TVMâ„¢) is a somatic technique for trauma transformation based on polyvagal theory. The method safely releases and heals trauma stored in the body while increasing vagal tone.

This is done through physical manipulation of the vagus nerve and its main branches. TVMâ„¢ is a completely natural therapy that does not involve any psychoactive substances.

The vagus nerve is the main actor in fight or flight, freeze, and social engagement responses in our body. During TVMâ„¢ therapy, unresolved trauma cycles get completed to generate a state of rest.

In addition, the method releases oxytocin in the body, breaks down calcification of fascia (neuro speech fuzz), and reduces cortisol levels (stress hormone).

  • TVMâ„¢ actively engages the polyvagal nervous system. We manually stimulate oxytocin during sessions to rebuild the polyvagal tone and neural pathways. This rehabilitates trauma responses in the body. During a therapy plan, we facilitate neuroplasticity and reprogram a new baseline of neural pathways.

  • TVM is a hands-on bodywork therapy.

During sessions, we work with pressure points to physically stimulate the nervous system. This allows enables your nervous system to heal deregulation and disassociation and to restore a feeling of safety in the body.

By pressing onto the body's pressure points we release calcification stored in the tissue and fascia. This liberates stored tension and psychosomatic conditions in the body.

Somatic microdosing Therapy

  • Somatic Medicine Therapy combines somatic bodywork with a microdose of Bufo Alvarius / 5-MeO-DMT to help you release deep-rooted trauma in a controlled manner.

This therapy is ideal for people who want to explore psychedelic therapy, but are a bit afraid to go ‘all the way’.

  • This somatic bodywork is designed to release tension and stress, you to feel more present and centered. Adding a microdose of an entheogen to the process can facilitate an even deeper release of trauma, allowing you to explore and address the root causes of their issues.

One of the benefits of this therapy is its ability to target specific areas of the body where trauma may be stored. For example, we may work on the liver area to release stagnant anger, or the chest area to address feelings of grief or sadness.

By combining somatic bodywork with a microdose of an entheogen, I can help you to very quickly access and process emotions that may have been stuck for years.

  • Somatic Microdosing Therapy hands-on bodywork therapy.

During sessions, we first work with pressure points to physically stimulate the nervous system. This allows you to drop into the body and install a feeling of safety.

In the nest step, we add a microdose of Bufo Alvarius. This is inhaled as vapor through a pipe. With this microdose you will be able to go deeper into certain themes and psychosomatic conditions we have been working on.

Adding a microdose of Bufo / 5-MeO to the process can facilitate an even deeper release of trauma, allowing you to explore and address the root causes of their issues

When we experience the body from the inside, we find a field of unconditional awarenes.
