A Bufo / 5 MeO DMT retreat offers a magical journey where we will go deep.
By retreating from the world, we are able to connect more intimately with the spirit molecule and our natural rhythm.
Whether you choose a private retreat or a small group experience, you'll discover the transformative power of 5-MeO-DMT / Bufo Alvarius in a safe and intimate setting that ensures focused, personalized, and effective healing.
We will have daily movement and breathing practices that will help you to connect with your breath, body, and spirit. Together we will find a sense of inner peace and Stillness.
As your host and facilitator, I create personalized programs that combine yoga, somatic therapy, traditional shamanic practices, modern psychotherapeutic techniques, and a deep respect for nature.
During this bufo alvarius retreat, you are always welcome to take time for yourself and opt out of the proposed daily schedule. All offerings are completely voluntary - including the Bufo ceremonies. I put a lot of importance on rest and integration. I am here to listen, provide guidance, and support you.
My standard retreats offer 3 private Bufo ceremonies. In my work with clients, I have found that people usually require 1 ceremony to get acquainted with the medicine.
The second ceremony allows people to go deeper, and the third one usually completes the process. Most people don’t have the famous ‘breakthrough’ experience in their first ceremony.
As with anything, it is important to feel safe and release the fear of ‘the unknown’ to be able to fully surrender to the experience.
