A Bufo / 5 MeO DMT retreat offers a magical journey where we will go deep. By retreating from the world, we are able to connect more intimately with the spirit molecule and our natural rhythm. Whether you choose a private retreat or a small group experience, you'll discover the transformative power of 5-MeO-DMT / Bufo Alvarius in a a safe and intimate setting that ensures focused, personalized, and effective healing.
We will have daily movement and breathing practices that will help you to connect with your breath, body, and spirit. Together we will find a sense of inner peace and Stillness. As your host and facilitator, I create personalized programs that combine yoga, traditional tantra, somatic therapy, traditional shamanic practices, modern psychotherapeutic techniques, and a deep respect for nature.
During this spiritual retreat, you are always welcome to take time for yourself and opt out of the proposed daily schedule. All offerings are completely voluntary - including the Bufo experience. I put a lot of importance on rest and integration. I am here to listen, provide guidance, and support you.

5 Nights bufo retreat
This retreat is for those who prefer to go at a relaxed pace with more time for integration. During this retreat you will have 3 days where you work with Bufo and 1 extra day for integration. I personally recommend taking the medicine 3 times to go deep with it and be able to fully surrender.
